Job summary

SiTime is seeking a senior Payroll Specialist in Santa Clara, CA, to manage accurate, timely payroll across the United States, EMEA and APAC. The role requires deep U.S. payroll expertise, global experience, and a process-driven mindset to scale payroll operations as the company grows.

You will own input collection, validation, reconciliation, reporting, and issue resolution, partnering with HR, Finance, Accounting, and external providers in a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive payroll experience, including U.S. and international payroll.
• Experience with multi-country payroll via third-party providers or global payroll model.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. payroll practices, taxes, deductions, and year-end reporting.

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end payrolls on semi-monthly and monthly schedules across North America, EMEA and APAC.
• Validate inputs, reconcile data, and prepare payroll reports for audits and management.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal and payroll vendors to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.
• Maintain payroll documentation, calendars, and control procedures for audit readiness.
