Subsurface Energy Resources, LLC is seeking a Payroll Manager to own payroll control and audit across the company, ensuring every employee is paid accurately, on time, and in full compliance with wage-and-hour law. HR handles changes in payroll software.

You will supervise payroll staff, coordinate with HR and Legal, and manage multi-entity payroll, software integrations, and quarterly/year-end tax filings.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive payroll experience, multi-entity/multi-state.
• Experience with JD Edwards (JDE) or similar ERP for payroll-to-GL integration.
• Certified Payroll/prevailing-wage experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Own payroll control and audit processes for accuracy across the organization.
• Audit data entered by HR, verify hours, rates, withholdings, and deductions.
• Maintain payroll software integrations and reconcile payroll-related GL accounts.
• Manage quarter/year-end tax filings and W-2 generation.
• Supervise payroll staff and coordinate with HR, Legal, and external vendors.
