Qualifications

• 4 years of payroll and billing experience.
• Daily data input, reconciliation, and verification of timesheets.
• Experience with payroll and/or billing for a large, complex account.
• Experience with timekeeping, scheduling, and payroll/billing systems; proficiency with spreadsheets and other PC applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily payroll input and reconciliation for a large client account.
• Update and maintain master schedule; coordinate with operations.
• Verify timesheets and timekeeping records; correct discrepancies before payroll processing.
• Prepare and review billing data; ensure billed hours match contract and approved timesheets.
• Collaborate with Branch/Account Manager, HR, and Finance to align payroll, billing and labor budgets.
• Monitor reports on labor, overtime, and billing; identify trends and propose improvements.
• Ensure compliance with policies and wage/hour laws; maintain payroll/billing records.
