Job summary

Securitas USA is seeking a Payroll & Billing Manager to oversee daily payroll and billing operations for a large client from our Atlanta, GA office. You will verify hours, rates, and job codes, ensure timely payroll processing, and prepare billing data in alignment with contracts and master schedules.

In this role, you will collaborate with operations, HR, and Finance to maintain accurate labor budgets, monitor reports, and resolve pay discrepancies with patience and professionalism.

Qualifications

• 4 years of payroll and billing experience.
• Accurate data input, reconciliation, and verification of timesheets.
• Experience with large, complex accounts.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily payroll input and reconciliation for a large client, ensuring hours, premiums, and differentials are accurate and on time.
• Update and maintain master schedule to reflect staffing and client requirements; coordinate with operations for schedule accuracy.
• Verify timesheets against master schedule; correct discrepancies before payroll processing and billing.
• Prepare and review billing data to ensure hours and rates match contract and approved timesheets; support invoice generation.
• Resolve pay discrepancies with employees with patience and clear communication.
• Collaborate with Branch/Account Manager, HR, and Finance to align payroll, billing, and labor budgets.
