Green Key Resources LLC is seeking a Payroll & Benefits Manager / AVP in New York, NY, to oversee semi-monthly payroll for 275–300 employees across the tristate area within a hybrid 3 days onsite model.

The role manages full-cycle payroll in ADP Workforce Now, administers benefits, budget updates, reporting (EEO-1, ACA, Form 5500), audits, and system improvements, with potential for supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on payroll and benefits experience.
• Experience with multi-state payroll (NY/NJ/CT preferred).
• ADP Workforce Now experience is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle payroll for 275–300 employees across tristate area.
• Administer employee benefits and coordinate with providers.
• Prepare personnel budget updates, process wires and reconciliations.
• Coordinate reporting: EEO-1, ACA, CMS, Form 5500, HR reports.
• Maintain payroll/benefits compliance and support audits.
• Maintain vendor relationships and train team members.
