Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete payroll process for all employees.
• Coordinate payroll submissions across departments and campuses.
• Ensure payroll is processed accurately according to established schedules.
• Review earnings, deductions, adjustments, reimbursements, and other payroll changes.
• Reconcile payroll reports to funding and general ledger accounts.
• Coordinate year-end tasks including W‑2 preparation and reporting.
• Maintain payroll controls and checklists.
• Assist with payroll-related audits and compliance.
