Responsibilities

• Manage the complete payroll process for all employees.
• Coordinate payroll submissions across departments and campuses.
• Develop and maintain payroll checklists and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Reconcile payroll with general ledger accounts and provide monthly/year-end reporting.
• Ensure compliance with union requirements and regulatory changes.
