Campus is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to fully own and run payroll for a multi-state workforce, including faculty, while overseeing day-to-day benefits administration. This hands-on role reports to the CFO and partners with brokers and internal teams to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.

You’ll own Rippling as the payroll system of record and drive improvements to scale processes as the company grows, maintaining data integrity and delivering insightful reporting.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on payroll experience with end-to-end processing.
• Experience managing payroll systems (Rippling preferred).
• Ability to identify and implement process improvements in payroll operations.
• Experience administering benefits programs and partnering with brokers/vendors.
• Knowledge of multi-state payroll compliance (NY preferred).
• High attention to detail and operational rigor.
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Run end-to-end payroll for all employees, including faculty, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Own multi-state payroll operations, including audits, reporting, and reconciliations.
• Maintain data integrity across payroll systems and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with Finance on payroll reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Act as the primary owner of payroll within the organization.
