Sedron Technologies is seeking a Payroll & Benefits Manager to own end-to-end payroll and benefits operations for a shift-based manufacturing workforce and salaried employees. This role ensures multi-state compliance, EOR coordination for Canadian staff, and administration of health, welfare, and retirement programs.

The position partners with the Director of People Operations and external advisors to optimize payroll processes, benefits enrollment, and related reporting, while maintaining

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years payroll and benefits administration experience.
• CPP or FPC certification preferred.
• Proficiency with multi-state payroll and hybrid hourly/salaried workforce.
• Strong Excel and HRIS system experience.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-state payroll processing for hourly, shift-based, and salaried staff.
• Review and audit timecards; resolve discrepancies with employees and managers.
• Administer payroll corrections and off-cycle payrolls with proper documentation.
• Establish payroll/benefits controls, workflows, and documentation.
• Coordinate Canadian payroll via EOR partner; manage benefits and deductions.
• Develop payroll & benefits reporting for leadership and finance.
