The incumbent will lead system administration for Ceridian Dayforce, manage tax filings across jurisdictions including California, and supervise payroll staff while driving continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, HR, or related field.
• 4+ years payroll operations experience in multi-state environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end U.S. and Canadian payroll operations for multiple states.
• Manage federal, state, provincial, and local tax withholdings.
• Prepare post-payroll journals and wage reconciliations.
• Lead audits and ensure regulatory filings.
• Provide user training for timekeeping/payroll systems.
