Job summary

ClearView Healthcare Partners is seeking a payroll professional to own day-to-day US payroll operations, processing bi-weekly and semi-monthly payrolls, and ensure accuracy and timeliness for a diverse US workforce.

The role requires experience with US payroll regulations, taxes, and multi-state compliance, plus governance of HRIS/payroll systems within a global/shared services environment typical for a premier life sciences consulting firm.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of hands-on payroll processing experience, preferably supporting US payroll from a global or shared services environment.
• Demonstrated experience with US payroll regulations, taxes, and compliance; multi-state experience a plus.

• Own day-to-day US payroll operations, including processing bi-weekly and semi-monthly payrolls.
• Lead maintenance and governance of US employee payroll data within HRIS and payroll systems.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary range: $65,000-$75,000 annually, plus annual discretionary performance bonus.
