Job summary

ClearView Healthcare Partners is a premier life sciences strategy consulting firm headquartered in Boston. We are seeking a Senior Payroll Associate to own US payroll operations, contribute to process improvements, and ensure compliance.

You will report to the Global Payroll Manager on the Finance Team and collaborate with HR and external partners. The role requires 3–5 years of payroll experience, strong knowledge of US payroll regulations, and UKG proficiency.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on payroll processing experience, preferably US payroll in a global or shared services environment.
• Demonstrated experience with US payroll regulations, taxes, and compliance; multi-state experience a plus.
• UKG proficiency strongly preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to explain payroll concepts to non-experts.
• Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills; partner effectively with HR, Finance, and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Maintain US employee payroll data with accuracy, timeliness, and appropriate controls.
• Process onboarding and offboarding payroll components, ensuring correct setup and final pay calculations.
• Coordinate immigration statuses and notices with HR, Legal, and partners for payroll implications.
• Review payroll input data for bi-weekly and semi-monthly payrolls and resolve discrepancies.
