A leading global investment firm is seeking a Senior Payroll Associate to join its established payroll team in Boston.

This is an opportunity to join a collaborative finance and HR environment, supporting payroll operations for a large, multi-state workforce while gaining exposure to general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and audit activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process biweekly, multi-state payroll for over 1,000 U.S. employees using ADP
• Coordinate with ADP to resolve payroll issues and prepare manual off-cycle payments
• Record payroll transactions and reconcile journal entries in Workday
• Manage payroll deductions, fringe benefits, and employee 401(k) elections
• Reconcile monthly payroll bank statements and payroll accounts
• Respond to employee payroll questions and resolve discrepancies
