Responsibilities

• Process biweekly, multi-state payroll for 1,000+ U.S. employees using ADP.
• Coordinate with ADP to resolve payroll issues and prepare manual off-cycle payments.
• Record payroll transactions and reconcile journal entries in Workday.
• Manage payroll deductions, fringe benefits, and 401(k) elections.
• Reconcile monthly payroll bank statements and payroll accounts.
• Respond to employee payroll questions and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with annual payroll and corporate audits.
• Support payroll-related projects across Finance and HR.
