Job summary

Danaher Corporation is seeking a Senior Payroll Analyst to ensure accurate, compliant US payroll processing and timely delivery. You will support payroll operations, maintain standardized workflows, and serve as the contact for employee inquiries.

You’ll work with the payroll team to interpret regulations, improve processes, and collaborate on system upgrades across the Americas, in a remote-friendly role with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of payroll processing experience in multi-state environments
• Strong knowledge of U.S. payroll regulations and tax filings

Responsibilities

• Process and audit US payrolls accurately and on time, ensuring regulatory compliance
• Validate payroll data, resolve discrepancies, manage off-cycle payments and adjustments
• Interpret payroll policies across jurisdictions and guide complex payroll matters
• Partner on payroll system upgrades, integrations, and configurations to standardize operations across the Americas
• Develop, document, and implement standardized payroll procedures and workflows
