Job summary

Charles Taylor is seeking a Payroll & Benefits Senior Analyst to manage US payroll and benefits for the Americas in a remote setup. You will work with HR Ops, Finance and external providers to ensure accurate payroll processing, tax remittance and benefit deductions across multi-state regulations.

The role requires strong US payroll knowledge, attention to detail and the ability to drive process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven US payroll processing experience with multi-state knowledge.
• Strong US payroll tax compliance understanding and multi-state requirements.
• Experience with US and local statutory payments and year-end processes is required.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field; payroll certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Handle payroll changes using Power BI driven updates from D365 and manual changes.
• Ensure timely payroll tax payments and statutory payments to authorities.
• Maintain compliance with US federal, state and local payroll tax requirements.
• Perform payroll reconciliations and resolve discrepancies with proper documentation.
• Create and maintain SOPs, checklists and country guides for payroll processes.
• Respond to payroll queries from employees and partners.
• Support regional process improvements and control enhancements.
• Provide payroll and benefits support to HR, finance and providers.
