Job summary

Addison Group is seeking a payroll leader to manage full-cycle payroll for 600+ employees across multiple states using UKG. You will standardize processes and collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure accurate, compliant payroll operations.

Responsibilities include auditing tax filings, maintaining records, generating reports, and establishing internal controls while staying current with payroll regulations.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive experience in payroll operations.
• Expertise with UKG payroll system.
• Experience with Costpoint and ADP preferred.
• BS degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.

Job Description:

• Manage the full-cycle payroll process for 600+ employees through UKG, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for multi-state employees.
• Improve payroll processes by implementing standardization, automation, and ongoing process enhancements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and third-party payroll providers to manage payroll operations, address complex issues, and maintain effective vendor partnerships.
• Review payroll tax filings, maintain accurate payroll records, generate recurring reports, and ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and audit readiness.
• Establish and maintain payroll policies, procedures, and internal controls while keeping up to date with payroll regulations and industry best practices.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6+ years of progressive experience supporting payroll operations.
• Proficiency with UKG required.
• Costpoint and ADP preferred.
• BS degree preferred within Accounting or Finance.
