Lam Research in Tualatin, OR is seeking a Payroll Analyst 3 to join our Global Finance Group. You will manage multi-state payroll with ADP Workforce Now, ensuring accuracy and compliance across federal, state, and local guidelines.

You will review data, run off-cycle payrolls, coordinate funding and GL postings, and generate payroll reports. The role requires strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate with all levels, from staff to leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience with ADP Workforce Now and payroll processes across multi-state environments.
• Strong understanding of wage and hour laws and tax regulations.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and process multi-state payroll in accordance with federal, state, and local guidelines.
• Review and validate payroll data for accuracy, including hours worked, earnings, deductions, taxes, and adjustments.
• Execute off-cycle payrolls, corrections, and manual payments when required.
• Coordinate payroll funding and general ledger postings.
• Perform regular audits to ensure payroll accuracy and correct discrepancies.
• Maintain compliance with wage and hour regulations, tax laws, and company policies.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and external agencies during audits or inquiries.
• Monitor, research, and interpret regulatory changes affecting payroll.
• Generate and analyze payroll reports to identify trends and opportunities.
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for HR, Finance, and leadership.
• Support year-end processes including W-2 review, tax reconciliations, and reporting.
