Job summary

T3 Services Group is seeking an experienced Payroll Analyst to manage weekly and bi-weekly payroll for 300+ employees across multiple states. You will audit wages, deductions, benefits, and ensure accuracy under tight deadlines in a fully remote setting.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of payroll experience, strong Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP), and familiarity with multi-state payroll and taxes. Home services background a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of payroll processing experience.
• Experience with multi-state payroll and taxes.
• Experience handling payroll for 300+ employees.
• Strong Excel skills with PivotTables and VLOOKUP.
• Remote-friendly with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll accurately and confidentially.
• Audit wages, commissions, and other compensation structures.
• Review timecards, deductions, benefits, and payroll items for accuracy.
• Maintain payroll records for hires, terminations, and changes.
• Ensure compliance with multi-state payroll and tax requirements.
• Prepare year-end payroll reports and tax filings.
• Generate reports for leadership and identify process improvements.
• Collaborate with HR, Accounting, and Operations to resolve discrepancies.
• Meet tight processing deadlines with high accuracy.
