Job summary

BIC World in Norwalk, CT is seeking a Senior Payroll Analyst to manage salaried and hourly payrolls across the United States and Canada, supporting about 700 employees with ADP Workforce Now.

The role delivers timely, accurate payroll, ensures US federal/state and Canadian compliance, partners with HR, Finance and vendors, and drives process improvements and automation while handling sensitive data with the highest discretion.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree minimum.
• 10 years payroll experience with ADP Workforce Now highly preferred.
• Handles highly sensitive payroll and financial information with confidentiality.
• Willingness to work outside normal hours during peak periods to ensure timely processing.

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly, weekly, and monthly US/Canada payrolls for ~700 employees across the US and Canada with ADP Workforce Now.
• Perform general ledger processing, tax and cash reporting, and reconciliations, coordinating with HR, Finance, and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with US federal/state and Canadian requirements; handle year-end W-2s and T4s.
• Identify automation opportunities and participate in payroll system upgrades and special projects.
