Job summary

BIC World is seeking a Senior Payroll Analyst to ensure the timely and accurate processing of salaried and hourly payrolls across the United States and Canada. The role supports approximately 700 employees and operates in a hybrid environment, partnering with HR, Finance, and external vendors to deliver reliable payroll services.

The ideal candidate has extensive ADP Workforce Now experience, a strong confidentiality mindset, and a track record of process improvements in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree minimum.
• Experience handling payroll for US and Canada.
• Strong confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Process salaried and hourly payrolls weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly for US/Canada (≈700 employees).
• Perform general ledger adjustments and reconcile payroll accounts.
• Support year-end processing and tax filings (W-2s, T4s).
• Collaborate with HR, Finance and vendors to ensure accurate data submissions.
