Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 3 years experience working in finance or HR.
• Relocation assistance is not available for this position. Only candidates currently located within a 50 mile radius of Beachwood, OH will be considered. Active Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
• Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future

Responsibilities

• Manage employee overpayments and resolve overpayment items to support accurate payroll processing.
• Support employment tax inquiries and resolve requests related to annual wage and tax statements.
• Coordinate garnishments by gathering, organizing, and submitting information for processing.
• Maintain accurate time and labor data and review pending workforce management issues.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to simplify processes and strengthen controls.
• Support payroll projects by partnering with stakeholders to implement new processes, systems, and compliance requirements.
