Responsibilities

• Ensure client payroll information is accurate within their payroll system and resolve discrepancies.
• Review and process payrolls to meet client deadlines, update records, calculate bonuses, and reconcile taxes.
• Prepare reports of earnings, taxes, deductions and employer contributions.
• Establish strong client relationships by consulting on payroll matters and maintaining confidentiality.
• Provide technical software support to clients and assist with implementations.
