Job summary

You will build trusted client relationships, train clients on payroll processes, support implementation projects, and stay current with payroll laws and ADP software such as RUN.

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant payroll experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, experience can be considered in lieu of degree.
• CPP preferred.
• Experience with ADP RUN software and implementation experience.
• Working knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to communicate with all levels.
• Highly detail oriented with accuracy and time management for multiple clients.

Responsibilities

• Ensure client payroll information is accurate within their payroll system and resolve discrepancies.
• Review and process payrolls in a timely manner to meet client deadlines; update records and reconcile deposits.
• Prepare reports of employee earnings, taxes, deductions and employer contributions.
• Establish strong client relationships and maintain confidentiality of data.
• Provide technical software support to clients and assist with implementation projects.
• Train clients on payroll processes and identify new opportunities to expand services.
