Hospital for Special Care is seeking a Lead Payroll Administrator to oversee all payroll processes and projects within the Payroll Department. You will administer time and attendance systems and ensure accurate payroll reporting and tax filings.

The role requires an associate degree (bachelor’s preferred) with five years’ payroll experience, familiarity with Workday HCRM, and knowledge of payroll regulations. Excellent communication and cross‑department collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Five years of experience with time and attendance and payroll administration.
• Experience with Workday HCRM strongly preferred; ShiftWizard scheduling systems a plus.
