The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of multi-state payroll experience (including CA) for a large company (3000+ employees), strong payroll compliance knowledge, and proficiency with ADP Workforce Now

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-state payroll experience for a large company payroll 3000+ employees.
• Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now and Microsoft Excel.
• CPP certification preferred.
• Detail-oriented professional with integrity, service, and excellence.

Responsibilities

• Process multi-state payroll from start to finish.
• Audit timekeeping records and payroll data.
• Manage employee pay changes, deductions, garnishments, and tax updates.
• Partner with HR and Finance to resolve payroll issues.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
• Support payroll audits, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
• Deliver outstanding support to employees while maintaining strict confidentiality.
