Qualifications

• 3–5 years of payroll accounting experience.
• Experience with multiple states and entities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll-related transactions and journal entries.
• Reconcile payroll-related accounts and perform month-end close.
• Prepare payroll reconciliations and supporting schedules.
• Collaborate with Payroll and HR to ensure accurate records.
• Assist with payroll accruals and tax-related entries.
• Support internal/external audits with documentation.
