Job summary

Bicycle Health is seeking a Senior Payor Strategy Specialist to drive expansion across Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial and more as part of a remote US team. You will negotiate complex payout contracts, build regional relationships, and model rate structures to sustain partnerships.

The role focuses on delivering value through strategic payor partnerships, crafting plans, and aligning with market trends to expand the organization’s footprint nationwide.

Qualifications

• Formulate and execute payor strategies and business plans to drive sales goals.
• End-to-end lifecycle - initiating, negotiating, renegotiating and executing contracts.
• Establish and nurture regional and strategic account relationships at multiple levels.
• Maintain focus on communicating Bicycle Health’s value proposition.
• Utilize financial modeling to assess rate structures and proposed changes.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute comprehensive payor strategies and business plans to drive departmental sales goals.
• End-to-end lifecycle - initiating, negotiating, renegotiating and executing complex payout contracts, letters of agreement and contract revisions.
• Establish, scale and nurture regional and strategic account relationships at multiple levels with the partner.
• Maintain a strong focus on helping the market understand Bicycle Health’s unique value proposition.
• Utilize financial modeling to assess the sustainability of Payors rate structure and/or proposed rates for new accounts or account rate changes.
