Job summary

US Acute Care Solutions is seeking a Payer Strategy & Analytics Senior Finance Manager to lead analytical efforts around payor contracting, NSA IDR, and arbitration processes. The role supports revenue recognition, budgeting, and strategic decision-making with data-driven insights. Location is remote with national scope.

You will develop financial models, benchmark outcomes, and collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Revenue Cycle leadership to optimize reimbursement yield.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance/Accounting, Economics, Health Policy, Informatics, or related field; MBA or master’s preferred.
• 5+ years of reporting, analytics, and business operations experience.
• At least 2 years of direct experience in payor contracting analytics, out-of-network reimbursement, or No Surprises Act IDR/state arbitration analytics.
• At least 2–3 years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Builds financial models and recommendations to support payor contract negotiations, renewals, and terminations.
• Analyzes IDR and arbitration data to benchmark offers versus awards by payor and market.
• Develops offer and rate strategies for IDR and arbitration submissions.
• Monitors payor contract performance and identifies process improvements to increase yield.
