Job summary

US Acute Care Solutions seeks a Payer Strategy & Analytics Senior Finance Manager to lead analytics for payor contracting, NSA IDR, and arbitration processes. This remote role supports revenue optimization and strategic decision-making for out-of-network reimbursement.

The role partners with Finance, Legal, Revenue Cycle, and Operations to build models, track performance, and propose strategies that maximize reimbursement yield across payors and markets.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of No Surprises Act, IDR process, QPA and arbitration frameworks.
• Ability to translate large data sets into clear strategy recommendations.
• Strong understanding of payor contracting, fee schedules, claims data, and ER billing.

Responsibilities

• Serve as analytics partner to Payor Contracting, AR follow-up, Legal, Finance, Accounting, and Operations.
• Build financial models to support payor negotiations and terminations.
• Ensure revenue recognition and forecasts reflect IDR/arbitration outcomes.
• Own analytics for IDR and state arbitration, tracking key metrics and outcomes.
• Develop dashboards and ad-hoc analyses to inform leadership.
