Job summary

Circle is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer II to support Payments and Enterprises in the EMEA region. The role focuses on leading technical solutioning across the customer lifecycle, from discovery to implementation and post-sales expansion, partnering with BD, Product, and Engineering.

You will design scalable, enterprise-grade solutions and provide market feedback to shape product strategy. The role requires 7+ years in related roles, strong communication, and hands-on experience with API

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in Solutions/Eng or related roles in Payments, FinTech, or Web3.
Strong communication and storytelling skills across teams and customers.
Ability to translate complex requirements into clear technical solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead technical strategy and solution architecture for Payments and Enterprises opportunities.
Conduct technical discovery sessions and identify requirements and constraints.
Design scalable architectures, APIs, custody models, and settlement processes.
Develop proofs-of-concept and validation frameworks for enterprise decisions.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to close gaps and improve integrations.
Support post-sale implementations and ensure alignment with architecture.
