Circle is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer II to lead technical solutioning for Payments and Enterprises opportunities across the EMEA region. You will design scalable, enterprise-grade solutions and drive technical validation throughout the customer lifecycle, partnering with Business Development, Product, Engineering, and Client Success teams.

You will develop PoCs, implement plans, and provide feedback on product strategy while representing Circle at industry events and client engagements.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Business Development to lead the technical strategy and solution architecture for Payments and Enterprises opportunities.
• Conduct technical discovery sessions to identify client requirements, regulatory considerations, and integration constraints.
• Design and present scalable solution architectures, including APIs, transaction flows, custody models, and settlement processes.
• Develop proof-of-concepts, implementation plans, and technical validation frameworks to support enterprise decision-making.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to identify product gaps, influence prioritisation, and improve integration experiences.
• Support post-sale implementations in partnership with Partnership Management, ensuring technical delivery aligns with architectural design and customer objectives.
• Represent Circle externally at industry events, technical workshops, and client engagements while contributing to internal knowledge sharing and global Solutions Engineering initiatives.
• Create and sustain an internal knowledge repository about our existing and forthcoming products.
• Supporting the Global Solutions Engineering team with internal projects.

What you’ll be responsible for:

Circle is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer II to support Payments and Enterprises opportunities in EMEA. In this role, you will lead technical solutioning throughout the customer lifecycle - from discovery and technical validation through implementation and post-sales expansion - partnering closely with Business Development, Product, Engineering, and Client Success teams. You will design scalable, enterprise-grade solutions that demonstrate the value of Circle’s products for Payments and Enterprises customers. Preferred Requirements:

• Leadership Qualities: If you’ve managed a team before, it’s a bonus. Your ability to work in tandem with multiple departments stands out.
• Experience working with blockchain infrastructure, stablecoins, tokenized assets, or digital custody solutions.
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance considerations relevant to the EMEA Payment industry.
• Ready to Travel: regular travel (up to 25%) to external events and to meeting partners/customers across the EMEA region should be expected.
