You will work AI-native from day one, collaborating with Risk Modeling, Fraud Detection, Analytics, Product, Engineering, and Customer Support to drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in payments risk, fraud operations, or fraud investigations.
• Deep understanding of risk controls and payment rails (ACH, cards, wires, crypto).
• Proficiency in SQL and tracing funds on-chain with analytics tools.
• Experience reviewing analyst decisions for quality and SOP adherence.
• Uses generative AI with human oversight to improve workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own escalations from Payments Risk Operations and partner teams with decisive evidence.
• Lead responses to emerging fraud patterns from detection to remediation.
• Maintain up-to-date risk workflows, SOPs, and controls.
• Drive rule/model performance with analytics to reduce losses and friction.
• Present findings to Risk leadership and cross-functional partners.
