Job summary

Matrix Global Services Limited seeks a Senior Product Manager, Payments to own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of payments capabilities across the platform. You will lead initiatives involving credit/debit cards, ACH, MoneyGram and other methods, with a focus on secure, scalable workflows and strong collaboration with engineering, architecture, and external partners.

Qualifications

• Substantial hands-on payments experience across products/platforms.
• Ownership of payment strategy, roadmap, and execution.
• Experience with PCI, NACHA/ACH, and payment risk considerations is a plus.
• Proven ability to translate complex requirements into clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Strong collaboration with Engineering, Design, Finance, Compliance, and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Own the payment product strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and execution across the platform.
• Lead end-to-end payment initiatives from discovery to launch and optimization.
• Drive improvements in payment acceptance, conversion, reliability, settlement, and customer experience.
• Manage and evolve integrations with processors, gateways, banks, and fintech partners.
• Partner with Engineering to design scalable, secure payment workflows and APIs.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Support, and Compliance on settlement and reporting.
