Job summary

Goldman Sachs in Dallas seeks a Payments Product Manager to define and manage our Payments products across domestic and cross-border rails, including SWIFT, CHIPS, ACH, and SEPA. You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to commercialization.

You will partner with Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Servicing to translate market opportunities into digital solutions and drive go-to-market execution while maintaining risk controls.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of payments experience.
• 5+ years as payments product manager or development lead.
• Experience implementing payment rails (e.g. CHIPS, Fedwire, Target2) or other rails.
• Detailed knowledge of payment rails (SWIFT, Fedwire, ACH, SEPA, BACS, Target2).
• Proven track record delivering initiatives on-time while balancing customer outcomes, business needs, technical feasibility and product risks.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with operations and engineering teams to deliver best-in-class solutions.
• End-to-end product ownership from ideation to commercialization in a global team.
• Comfortable in client-facing situations partnering with Sales to understand and translate needs into solutions.
• Excellent organizational, time management and planning skills; experience with JIRA and Confluence.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Product Ownership: Lead large-scale payment transformation projects from concept to post-launch optimization.
• Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as global expert in payment solutions and rails.
• Product Strategy & Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Servicing teams to deliver digital payment products.
• Project Delivery & Execution: Lead cross-functional global teams on multi-month initiatives with deadlines.
• Go-To-Market & Commercialization: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies and define KPIs.
• Leadership & Vision: Serve as architect, operator, and evangelist for payments products.
