Job summary

Health Payment Systems, Inc. is hiring a Senior Product Manager, Payments to lead a major transformation of the payments ecosystem. The role focuses on a scalable payments architecture across card, ACH, and emerging rails, driving measurable outcomes and enterprise value.

You will report to the Chief Product & Innovation Officer and work in a fully remote capacity, collaborating across finance, operations, compliance, engineering, and leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Product Management experience in payments or fintech.
• Experience in B2B and B2B2C payments with complex money movement.
• Deep understanding of payments ecosystem: ACH, cards, gateways, settlement, APIs.
• Proven ability to scale payments across processors, banks, and SaaS partners.

Responsibilities

• Payments Infrastructure Execution: create a multi-year roadmap and consolidate architecture across processors, banks and ledger systems.
• Ledgering & Reconciliation: upgrade ledgering to improve traceability, reporting accuracy, and auditability, reducing manual reconciliation.
• Payment Rails Expansion & Innovation: lead execution across RTP, FedNow, ACH, card and virtual card programs, with multi-rail requirements.
• Vendor & Bank Integration Management: own integration requirements and sequencing across processors, banks, and hybrid infrastructure partners.
• Economics, Reliability & Scale: improve authorization rates, refunds, settlement timing, and cost per transaction while increasing resilience.
• Risk & Compliance: ensure NACHA, card brand, sponsor bank, audit, and regulatory compliance.
