Job summary

Central Bank is seeking a detail-oriented Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of its payment acceptance platform for business customers. You will lead large implementations, partnering with clients, vendors, and internal teams to drive adoption, revenue, and platform excellence.

The role emphasizes collaboration with executives, cross-functional teams, and a focus on PCI DSS, NACHA, and payment security. A degree and payments experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in payments, banking, fintech, product management, or related disciplines.
• Demonstrated success leading complex implementation and transformation initiatives.
• Experience managing third-party vendors and technology providers.
• Strong understanding of electronic payment acceptance including cards, ACH, gateways, and security.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the product manager and program leader for Central Bank’s payment acceptance platform.
• Develop long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned to business objectives.
• Prioritize enhancements, backlog, integrations, and new capabilities.
• Lead complex customer implementations from kickoff to go-live and stabilization.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources across technology, operations, risk, and compliance.
• Develop performance dashboards and reporting for clients and executive leadership.
