• Analyze complex business and payments industry standards (ISO 20022, card rules) to define solutions.
• Provide expertise in applications programming and plan assignments involving large budgets and cross‑functional projects in the payments platform domain.
• Develop methodologies and standards for design, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Consult with payments product owners and stakeholders to translate requirements into system design.
• Allocate work and coach developers, analysts, and new team members.
