Job summary

You will mentor engineers, drive cross-functional initiatives, and lead technical strategy to improve availability, performance, and quality. This role is US-remote eligible and requires strong communication and collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• 1+ years in Payments/Fintech backend is a plus.
• Experience designing and deploying high-scale payment systems.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS or equivalent.
