Airbnb, Inc. is seeking a Senior Platform Manager for the Payments Platform Accounts to shape the product vision, strategy, and roadmap across global guest and host payments.

You will partner with engineers, designers, data scientists, and compliance teams to define scalable platform capabilities, own cross-functional initiatives, and drive real business impact in a remote-friendly US environment.

Qualifications

• Experience building payment platforms or fintech products with strategy, roadmap and execution ownership.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise or B2B2C products for large marketplaces, including identity workflows and compliance.
• Experience with API-based products and working with engineering teams and developer partners.
• Experience serving users across geographies, currencies, or regulatory environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the Payments Platform Accounts roadmap and strategy for Airbnb's global users.
• Lead cross-functional work with Trust, Guest & Host, Compliance, and Engineering to reduce risk and improve usability.
• Collaborate with external enterprise partners and identity stakeholders to deliver scalable capabilities.
• Prioritize initiatives and tradeoffs to enable rapid, high-impact product delivery.
