Job summary

State Street is seeking a structured and highly organized business analyst to provide integrated planning, requirements traceability and testing coordination across our Payments Business Risk and Resiliency Programs.

The role will support SWIFT resiliency and other resiliency program delivery, anomaly detection and payment traceability with responsibility for maintaining plans, test governance, evidence and readiness across cross-workstream dependencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, technology or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in project planning, business analysis, testing or PMO delivery.
• Testing, Agile, project management or business analysis certification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the integrated project plan, milestone schedule, dependency log, RAID log, decision log and cross-workstream action tracker.
• Support conversion of BRDs and charter commitments into deliverables, requirements traceability matrices, user-story coverage and acceptance criteria.
• Develop the integrated test strategy and detailed plans for functional, integration, regression, UAT, operational readiness, resilience and cutover testing.
• Coordinate test environments, data, users, scripts, execution windows, entry and exit criteria, evidence standards and sign-off checkpoints.
• Maintain test cases linking Swift resiliency fail overs, anomaly rules, traceability lifecycle scenarios, access controls, dashboards, alerts, case management and other resilience scenarios to requirements.
• Manage defect logging, severity assessment, ownership, ageing, retesting and transparent reporting to workstream leads and governance forums.
• Coordinate end-to-end scenarios covering payment creation, screening, anomaly decisioning, holds, repair, market ACK/NACK, client communication and audit evidence.
• Support volume, cut-off, high-alert, access-control, failover and recovery test planning with Technology and Operations.
• Maintain go-live readiness checklists covering procedures, training, communication, access, support, controls, monitoring, data quality, outstanding risks and contingency plans.
• Prepare concise status reporting, test metrics and recommendations for go-live or remediation decisions.
