Job summary

State Street Corporation seeks a strategic, delivery-focused leader to drive the Payments Risk and Resiliency Programs in the U.S., focusing on anomaly detection, end-to-end traceability, and SWIFT resiliency. You will own the integrated delivery plan, governance, milestones and executive reporting across three workstreams, translating requirements into prioritized deliverables with clear ownership.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in global payments, treasury, settlement or financial market infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end payment flows, SWIFT messaging, screening and resilience controls.
• Ability to lead business and technology change from discovery through BAU transition.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated business delivery plan, scope, roadmap, governance and executive reporting across the three Payments Risk and Resiliency workstreams.
• Translate the programme charter and requirements into prioritized deliverables with accountable owners and milestones.
• Lead cross-functional engagement across Payments Operations, Technology, Cybersecurity, Architecture, Risk, Compliance, Client Service, Finance and SWIFT.
• Direct the business analysis approach, ensuring requirements, process maps and controls are traceable.
• Oversee anomaly detection implementation, including operating model design, data requirements, case management and production readiness.
• Coordinate SWIFT resilience planning, readiness and test strategy with alignment to other workstreams.
