State Street is seeking an experienced Payments Resilience and Business-Change lead in the United States to coordinate readiness for SWIFT resiliency and related programs. You will work with anomaly detection and traceability leads to ensure a cohesive ability across infrastructure resilience, transaction visibility, controls, testing and incident response.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, technology, risk or related discipline.
• 7+ years of financial services experience including payments and resilience.
• Business continuity or SWIFT qualifications are advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Lead the business analysis and readiness plan for SWIFT resiliency, aligned to milestones and governance.
• Translate SWIFT and architecture inputs into business requirements, operating impacts and risks.
• Map critical payment flows, dependencies, identities, connectivity and recovery needs.
• Coordinate decisions on usage model, governance, global adoption and pilot scope.
• Develop readiness criteria, playbooks, recovery roles and alternative-processing scenarios.
• Partner with Technology, Architecture, Cybersecurity, Resiliency and Operations on design reviews.
• Define tabletop exercises, connectivity tests, failover simulations and pilot prep.
• Use traceability maps to define transaction monitoring and evidence needs.
• Align anomaly detection and cyber-response processes for resilience events.
• Prepare steering updates, risk assessments and post-test remediation plans.
