State Street Corporation in Quincy, MA seeks an experienced payments resilience and business-change lead to coordinate SWIFT resiliency and contingency programs. You will translate architecture inputs into business requirements, align with governance, and drive readiness across global payments operations and technology teams.

The role requires strong knowledge of payments, risk, and resilience, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and design tests, playbooks, and recovery

Formación

• Strong knowledge of global payments and SWIFT messaging infrastructure.
• Experience translating technical inputs into business requirements and readiness plans.
• Strong process, dependency, risk and control analysis skills.
• Experience designing or coordinating resilience tests, pilots or production readiness activities.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders across Operations, Technology, Cybersecurity and Risk.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the business analysis and readiness plan for SWIFT resiliency aligned to milestones.
• Translate SWIFT inputs into business requirements, impacts, decisions and risks.
• Map critical payment flows, applications, dependencies, and recovery requirements.
• Coordinate governance, operating model, pilot scope, controls and escalation routes.
• Develop readiness criteria, playbooks, and tabletop exercises; support BAU transition.
