Qualifications

• 6+ years of related experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, and Technology Delivery.
• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of general banking operations and regulatory obligations.
• Intermediate to advanced experience with data analysis and research.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to define business requirements, assess impacts, and prioritize initiatives.
• Lead requirements gathering, process analysis for business and technology initiatives; translate needs into BRD/Process Flows/Plans.
• Document, evaluate and enhance business processes and procedures.
• Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
• Design and manage complex reports; monitor KPIs and analyze transaction data for insights.

Job Title: Senior Business Analyst - Payment Operations

Location: Ops Center

What you’ll do:

As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll collaborate across the organization and lead the analysis of complex business challenges for your assigned business lines, serving as a strategic partner and subject matter expert in systems, processes, procedures, products, and services. You'll drive operational efficiency, optimize workflows, and provide high-level analytical insights to support data-driven decision‑making. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with leadership and cross‑functional teams to ensure business initiatives align with organizational strategy while fostering continuous improvement.

• Partner with stakeholders to define business requirements, assess impacts, and prioritize initiatives, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic goals.
• Lead requirements gathering, process analysis for business and technology initiatives by translating business needs into Project Charters, BRD's, Process Flows, and Implementation Plans.
• Lead efforts to document evaluate and enhance business processes and procedures.
• Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for operational improvement, automation, and digital transformation.
• Design and manage complex reports, synthesize large datasets, and develop actionable insights that support executive decision‑making, monitor key performance indicators (KPI's), and analyze transaction data to provide insights and recommendations for operational efficiency.
• Oversee change management initiatives by developing communication plans and ensuring smooth adoption of process and system changes.
• Act as a liaison between business units, technology teams, project teams, project sponsors, and leadership to drive alignment, resolve challenges, and ensure successful project execution.
• Lead medium/large project stakeholder meetings and maintain alignment across business, technology, vendors, and leadership teams.

What you’ll need:

• 6+ years of related experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, and Technology Delivery
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
• Intermediate to advanced experience with data analysis and research with the ability to identify and elevate cases or inquiries to mitigate bank risks.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office Suite, Visio and Sharepoint
• Intermediate to advanced experience with banking applications and systems preferred.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, EPMO, and ECM governance frameworks and methodologies.
• Experience supporting enterprise technology and process transformation initiatives.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and/or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) desired.
• Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills.

Compensation: Salary range for new hires is generally $88,430.00 - $109,000.00 for Las Vegas, NV. Salary amount is determined by specific job location. In addition, the role may be eligible for annual bonus/incentives earned and restricted stock.
