Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst within the Payments Organization to own analysis, documentation, and validation of system behavior, emphasizing prioritized value, quality, and efficient delivery.

The role requires collaborating with Product Manager and Product Owner, developing Use Cases and User Stories, and ensuring alignment with IT controls, compliance, and cross-team delivery on projects built on GCP with API integrations.

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience and competency in eliciting requirements, and producing requirement artifacts (functional specifications, use cases, user stories, business process flows, data flows and story boards).
Excellent analytical and communication skills, with knowledge of front-end web application development and IT architecture.

Responsibilities

Perform analysis of business issues, provide recommendations for solutions, drive decision making and define requirements for application development.
Lead backlog refinement sessions with the Scrum team and ensure timely delivery of epics and features.
Coordinate and decompose functional scope into user stories, data and system flows for medium to complex scope.
Analyze opportunities to improve application reliability and minimize risk and production incidents.
