Job summary

Commercial Bank of California in the United States seeks an Operations Manager to lead payment channels and daily processing activities for ACH and related systems. You will advise on system and product improvements, ensure strong risk controls, and guide the PSD Operations team to timely, compliant operations for internal and external clients.

The role requires strategic partnership, excellent communication, and a track record of reducing risk while increasing efficiency in payments operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum five years of experience in payments processing.
• Experience reviewing financial data and KYC/KYCC documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and training to operational staff.
• Recommend controls and process improvements for payments systems.
• Ensure compliance with audit, risk and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain documentation and accurate record-keeping.
• Balance/reconciliation and timely processing of entries.
• Monitor merchant settlements with the Federal Reserve.
• Generate monthly executive reports.
• Support risk-related reporting for the bank.
