Job summary

U.S. Bank seeks an Operations Group Manager, Payments Operations, to lead a large-scale transformation of our payments ecosystem. You will shape end-to-end processes, service delivery, and governance to deliver improved client experience and operational resilience.

You will partner with technology, risk, product, and operations teams to drive automation, data-driven decisions, and scalable solutions in a real-time payments environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 10+ years in banking, payments, or related operations.
• Senior leadership experience managing large, complex operational organizations.
• Experience leading enterprise transformation initiatives and cross-functional influence.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into operating plans with governance and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive, multi-year strategy for Payments Operations aligned with business, client, technology, and risk priorities.
• Build a connected, end-to-end payments ecosystem that increases consistency across products, rails, processes, and servicing.
• Establish governance for the operating model and drive accountability across organizations.
