Responsibilities

• Represent Operations in Merchant Payment Services projects and broader U.S. Bank initiatives.
• Lead operational change-management activities from early discussions through implementation.
• Assess impacts to operational teams with stakeholders.
• Document current and future processes and identify gaps.
• Prepare frontline employees with training, procedures, and communications.
• Track risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and open items to resolution.
