• Minimum Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience establishing enterprise data governance programs and strong knowledge of data controls and lineage.
• Proven ability to translate business strategy into technology roadmaps and measurable ROI.
• Experience partnering with Product, Operations, Risk and Compliance teams.

Responsibilities

• Develops the engineering approach for the entire program/portfolio solution and coordinates with Architecture.
• Plans, defines, and designs complex features spanning multiple teams and evaluates options.
• Leads technical oversight for solution development including design reviews and code within own domain.
• Defines the technology tool stack and investigates state-of-the-art technologies to improve efficiency.
• Leads end-to-end testing strategy and the integration between teams for the program/portfolio solution.
